Novatek provides an array of training options that respond to varying customer requirements. One of these is Online Training, also known as Virtual Classroom Training.

Online Training is usually the best option when geographically diistributed groups of employees must be trained in a limited amount of time.

For example, Novatek designed and implemented an online training program for Sodexo USA that was delivered to over 50 locations over a period of months. The training schedule was closely coordinated with a staged rollout of new software and processes. A "wave" approach helped software developers support the changeover by region. It also helped the employees utilize the training, since the time between training and application was minimized.

Training sessions were recorded and delivered on demand to employees who missed live session and subsequent new hires. The online training was integrated into a comprehensive training program that included self-paced pre-work and practice work.

The training fit into a change management strategy for adoption of the new software. A combination of push (pre-enrolling participants, requiring attendance to use new system) and pull (corporate message campaign about benefits of new process/software) was used to ensure full compliance.
