How to Manage Business Productivity in Evolving Virtual  Workplaces

This week, Rochester, NY, home of Novatek’s office, was hit hard with record snowfall that crippled roads across the region. Since most employers did not close their offices, or at least not until mid-day, most workers spent their day sitting in traffic or digging their car out of a ditch. By the time they gave up and retreated home, or if they were lucky - made it to the office, they were impatient, frustrated, and infuriated with the physical work required before their work day even began.
